Our income generating segment includes those assets which are leased to generate continuous stream of income subsequent to their development. These income generating assets include offices, commercial, and retail assets. Approximately 750,000 square meters of built-up areas are at various stages ranging from design, construction and development. Alargan counts leading businesses as its clients including Masdar, Boudl, Ithra, McDonalds, Carrefour, Panda, Lulu, Danube, Starbucks, Burger King, Dunkin Donut, Pizza Hut, Subway, Baskin Robin, Herfy, STC, Mobily, Zain, and different banks. Alargan has its own facilities management department.
